Companies that are interested in utilizing Fuel Ox® have been testing it for themselves prior to purchase since the inception of the company. Some have done so in laboratory settings, while others have chosen to run trials in the field. Some have been extremely comprehensive like McAllister’s Towing. We allow any company the opportunity to do the same. We have conducted hundreds of tests which measure mass loss, fuel efficiency, DPF regenerations, and DEF usage. Some significant test results are below.

February 2021

Falex Test Results of Fuel Ox® Infinity Lube™ Super Grease

These mass loss test results to the left are from the Falex Lab Testing Services. The ASTM-D4170 test compares the mass loss of metal over a 22 hour period. It compared Infinity Lube™ Super Grease to two brand name greases. Test results prove that Fuel Ox® Infinity Lube™ Super Grease reduces wear by as much as 700% or more than any grease on the market.

Anglo American Test Results

Anglo American is one of the largest mining company in the world. Testing was conducted by Detroit Diesel Corporation on a large MTU generator in laboratory type conditions. It is important to note this test, because it was not done in the field, was conducted on a machine devoid of the usual carbon build-up and other impurities normally found in the field and therefore will likely register a slightly lower improvement in efficiency than were it in the field.

Intertek Emissions Test Results

Intertek is an international product testing, inspection, assurance, and certification company. Intertek tested for the effect that Fuel Ox® had on fuel emissions and pollution on a diesel vehicle.

Intertek’s findings concluded that the Fuel Ox® additives have significant positive effect on the emissions as detailed to the left.

McAllister Towing & Transportation – The Alex  Test Results

McAllister Towing & Transportation is one of the oldest and largest family-owned marine towing and transportation companies in the United States. The test conducted on the Alex McAllister tug took over a month and 17,000 gallons of fuel.

The Alex McAllister is a twin engine, 4000 horsepower Z-Drive Tractor Tug, ABS Classed, A1 Towing vessel.

McAllister Towing & Transportation – Bridget  Test Results
Carlo Parrotta, port engineer for McAllister Towing & Transportation, a leading marine transportation company operating vessel throughout the U.S. Eastern Seaboard, turned to Fuel Ox to demulsify the fuel in the three tugboats he maintains in the Port of Baltimore. Separating water from diesel in the fuel tank protects engines from rust, corrosion and microbial growth while reducing maintenance costs and labor.

“Before using Fuel Ox, we were replacing our water separator filters once every other day. Now we’re changing them every other week,” said Parrotta.
Emissions Test Results

This company conducted two emissions inspections back to back within one hour. The first test shows the vehicle without dosing with Fuel Ox® with Combustion Catalyst and the vehicle failed inspection. The second test shows the vehicle dosed with Fuel Ox® and passed the inspection after only one hour after their initial test.

Other Significant Fuel Ox® Testing Results

The Fuel Ox® with Combustion Catalyst is truly one of a kind. No other fuel additive actually improves the combustion to the point that the fuel efficiency is consistently improved up to 5% or more while emissions are reduced as much as 50% or more. The ROI when considering fuel savings alone is up to 5-10x — even before considering the maintenance benefits!
